Preconstruction Feasibility Services: We’ll work with your architect to clearly define the project scope, constructability, and cost feasibility.
Lot Consultation: We can assist with questions about site work, utilites, and logistic challenges as they relate to construction. It is preferable this is done in cooperation with your architect and is typically part of the Preconstruction Feasibility Service.
Design: We provide in-house design services for clients who would like to work directly with John from the onset. John can work with you to develop floor plans and elevations. Interior design services may also be included.
A formally trained designer, sculptor, and painter - John combines his formal studies in the studio fine arts with 20+ years of home building experience - crafting quality structures that will last for generations.
